Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation
Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful educational and cultural experiences for youth both nationally and internationally. Our goal is not only to develop essential academic skills, but also to cultivate character, leadership, and creativity through enriching life experiences that prepare young people for the future.
The Foundation provides a dynamic platform where youth can engage in online teaching and learning opportunities in areas such as languages (speaking, reading, and writing), science, mathematics, computer skills, arts, and music. In addition, we encourage youth to develop leadership and community engagement through fundraising initiatives and creative events. These include youth concerts, charity sales, talent showcases, and school-based fundraising activities, allowing students to gain valuable organizational and teamwork experience.
One of our signature initiatives focuses on supporting young authors. We guide students in developing their creative stories and publishing their own books. Through this program, young authors donate copies of their books to our Book Bank, which supports children in underserved or remote communities, including Indigenous communities in Canada as well as communities in South Africa and China. Students may also raise funds for their schools, SickKids Hospital, and other charitable causes by organizing book sales and literary events.
Our mission is to create fun, meaningful, and impactful learning experiences for youth while encouraging social responsibility and community contribution.

Our History
Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation was officially registered in 2018, although our community fundraising activities began in 2017 with charitable initiatives supporting SickKids Hospital.
Since then, the Foundation has grown into a valued community partner of SickKids, raising over $60,000 through youth-led fundraising initiatives. More than 300 students have participated in volunteer opportunities through activities such as talent shows, youth concerts, and book signing events.
Over the past eight years, the Foundation has supported more than 80 young authors, organizing book charity sales, public readings, and book signings both locally and internationally. Among these young writers, 25 students have received scholarships from the Foundation in recognition of their achievements and contributions.
In addition, Skyky has launched several community service programs, including:
Free Online Math Tutoring Program – providing a platform where older students mentor younger students in mathematics.
Youth Organizing Committee – offering students opportunities to develop leadership, project management, and event organization skills.
Through these initiatives, Skyky Multicultural Learning Foundation continues to empower youth to learn, lead, create, and contribute to their communities.
